Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Times
As we work with international suppliers, the estimated delivery times are:
- Peru and Latin America: 8 to 15 business days
- United States: 10 to 20 business days
- Spain and Europe: 10 to 20 business days
These times may vary depending on the exact location, local customs, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
International Orders
When placing an order from outside of Peru, please note that your package may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, which are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.
